Homecoming Homecoming 2010 Homecoming 2010 feature George Durham as our guest speaker. We had 152 present and all had a great time. Lots of "old" former members to reminisce with and lots of good food to eat. The best part was we had one person come down and join the church.
Homecoming 2007
Homecoming 2007 was a wonderful
success! We had 218 people attend the church Sunday, June 3, 2007. Burrell
Ellis, Commissioner of DeKalb County presented the church with a
proclamation during our worship service. After the service, everyone was
invited to enjoy a feast in the Fellowship Hall.
An updated History of the Church will be compiled and printed in booklet form available for everyone who would like a copy. Everyone will have the opportunity for involvement by writing an account of what the church has meant in their lives. These pages will be gathered together into the History of Valley Brook Baptist Church. |
