Each year the North Georgia Trout Online (NGTO) members sponsor Kid's fishing day. On that day, three thousand trout are released into the river and the kids (under 16) can fish from 9 am until noon. The location will be Garrard's Landing which is located on Holcomb Bridge Road as it crosses the Chattahoochee River. At Valley Brook, we will take our kids fishing on April 17th.  Anyone who wants to bring their own rod can bring it but we do supply between 15 to 20 rods. Bait will be supplied plus the kids will be treated to McDonald's on the way back. More information will be posted as I get more details.
